Installed front brakes from BZ-R with SSS - Toyota Sprinter Trueno, 1.6 L, 1999
In order:
What did you do.
Made a 2mm spacer to center the disc in the middle.
Reduced the disc in thickness and diameter in the same way as above.
The bracket itself was ground off by 3 mm.
Everything else got up without problems.
I left the hoses as standard, but I really didn’t like the bend, and I decided to do it a little. I
made a corner and drilled 2 holes in it.
I haven't really felt it yet, but the pedal has become a little stiffer.
Of the problems:
There was a runout of about 0.7 mm on the disc, it was possible to align it without resorting to tools ...
Usually, on stock brakes, it was enough to brake 3 times from 160 as the car stopped braking at all and the brake discs heated up to red.
I didn’t see anything like that on the Stratovsky brakes yesterday, which makes me very happy)))) But the pads smelled very strongly :)
stratovskie much better bz-g shnyh! and with the fairy! just do the difference pppts! and you still have 1 piston?
Ltd! Just on my topic, now I'm dealing with the front brakes. It will be interesting to read.
