Glass mat is also sold there. Further, polyurethane foam - I bought a gun and a couple of cans of good foam. In order to make all this beautiful - on bakhchivandzhi!)) There is a stall - where there are a lot of colors and textures of vinyl leather ...

I did it with a friend, together it is always more fun - that's why we did it for a month)))) although in reality it was possible to cope in 2 days. And for a month I drove without door trim.

I ordered rings for 16cm speakers from a friend at a furniture factory, made from MDF. Assembled a structure of "wood" - the so-called frame. Made a similar one for another door. Screwed to the casing. We got it. Left for a beer ...

... came back the next day, or maybe more days passed))) cut off the foam, the shape we need. Then the skin comes into play ...

Some more days passed, and finally it was decided to seal it up with resin and glass mat to give it strength. I did it for myself - therefore 2 layers.

After a while, putty came into play. The most hemorrhoid process is to skin what you put on, you need to display ideal forms ...

When I started to like everything, I had to stretch vinyl on the skin. Together, and only with an industrial hair dryer and with the participation of 88nt special glue, we managed to implement the project ...
