Columns in the front door - Toyota Carina ED, 2.0L, 1995

Since I did not find information on this topic at the time, I decided to write it myself. When choosing speakers, the question was ... 20cm? a little too much? will it fit? ... or ... 16cm? what spacers? do you need a stock podium at all?
I looked at the off site of the pioneer, the dimensions of the columns and found out that the 20s should fit with minimal alterations, according to the drawings, the hole diameter is 202 mm and the podium itself is also 202 mm. I took the podium and popped to choose ... I looked through many options and all the 20s that I measured were not the same, and all the vendors unanimously repeated that the 20s did not go there for a maximum of 18, but the 18s are not so easy to find. As a result of a long search, Lanzar columns (20cm) were found that fit perfectly along the holes, but they were interfered with by the plastic that was later blown out.
Due to their size, their power is also not childish, so now we are looking for a VCL :)
