a hammer! although the markings on the headlamp are only under the halogen, I looked with my own eyes! HCRPL is written there.

There is no auto-corrector in the crown, there is a manual current. And what you are going to present there) is for headlights with other reflectors, there is a marker (for xenon). there is still no auto-corrector current, but there are craftsmen who supposedly make an auto-corrector) with such arguments, you can fighter with gayts. And so by the way)) not a law prohibiting xenos, but a decree).

I have an autocorrector in Corolla 2005 with an autocorrector without washers and lenses but with standard xenon and hchr marking

what kind of reflectors ... they scatter light, which is why xenon is prohibited; the lenses are collected in a directed beam, and the marking is just on the lenses, give at least one example of optics without lenses, but with the required marking.

I very much suspect that the traffic cops do not know if there is an auto-corrector, and I myself do not know if it is or not) I dug into the net I saw that they sell cars who have an auto-corrector who do not. and there is infa that there are processors in the standard headlight responsible for igniting xenon ...
Open the owner's manual and see it says that all rights are reserved and this manual can be used as an argument, and a weighty one. All other claims against TOYOTA.
I will drive all the way and poke there.

S
Smak 26.12.20

But what about the auto-corrector?) And in general, what is written in the book I think will not work for the musars. So you can poke a book on almost every non-Russian car and that's it. I think there is another option - (** p: //mytoyota.su/forum/viewtopic.php? F = 6 & t = 894) not advertising), but requires registration ...

S
St1ngerTULA 26.12.20

As for the marking of headlights, there is no law on the prohibition of xenon yet, but what is being deprived should be so. blue, red lights in the front of the car are prohibited, as are quacks. The spectrum of xenon at a temperature of more than 5-6 thousand kelvin already has a bluish tint, and it is deprived of it. Marking that allows you to put xenon can be found only in lensed optics ... Lenses on our headlights no - it means that the marking is different, not under the law. But white light is allowed - xenon lamps 4300k, like mine)

A
Autopolicemen 26.12.20

Well done, I found it, no one has yet provided such an evidence base to mine! Set off, now I will be confident in xenon, only there is no auto-corrector for headlights, and according to new amendments, he simply must be present with xenon)

S
St1ngerTULA 26.12.20

well, most lensed optics do not have washers)

toyota753nnov 26.12.20

So why is there no such * sign with a note in the service book opposite the discharge lamps ?!

I
Ivan-Varvar 26.12.20

The toyta has factory headlights for xenon, they are without lenses, but with different reflectors and markings, and what is written in the book is universal for all types of headlights, it also says halogen there, therefore, by presenting it to a gadget, you will not prove anything.

Here's a dig:
Source: www.pravorulya.com/index.php? .., 322430, page = 4
Can't we really translate HCHR ?!
QUOTE:
and high-intensity discharge translates as XENON, that is, the word Halogen and the word HID begins with the letter H. In Europe, they abandoned such markings and left the letter D (discharge) from the abbreviation HID so that there was no confusion, but according to Japanese standards, the letter H provides for xenon. The question is, how will the traffic police treat the headlights marking on Japanese cars, that is, with the HCHR marking? Thank you
And here is what OD is saying: Question: Hello!
In the light of recent events with light, I want to install xenon headlights on toyota corolla-2008g.v.
Please tell me how you can order through your official dealer center these headlights (for discharge lamps), which are spelled out in the maintenance book on page 389. in the "technical characteristics" section, discharge lamps (dipped beam) and their markings, or give an explanation on this fact.
Best regards,
Alexey.
Answer: Hello, Alexey! This section shows the type of lamps used on your car. Headlamps with discharge lamps are available as an option for Europe. They are not supplied to our market. In order to install the headlights specified by you, the car should be additionally equipped with automatic headlight level control.
Best regards, Vladimir Bordyukov, Toyota Center Sheremetyevo service
Answer:
The installation of headlights with gas discharge lamps is not provided for Corolla cars officially sold in Russia.
It is in principle possible to order the headlights themselves. Their cost is 30205r. for each (without lamps and ignition units). For the possibility of installing them, you need to contact the service.

I found the headlight codes for xenon on www.exist.ru/price.aspx?pcode=8118512A80
81145-12A80 Front right headlight 3 038.38r.
81185-12A80 Front left headlight 3 219.88 rubles.
What is most interesting in the catalog in fig. written DISHARGE HEADAMP and no lenses?
If someone ordered, let them tell you what is the DCHR or HCHR marking on them?
If possible, they will post photos of these headlights and markings on the headlight.

S
St1ngerTULA 26.12.20

in the cabin they will tell you to change the candles and put the rain sensor, there is no auto-corrector, they will install it too ... for your money

s
sega-012 26.12.20

Something is somehow muddy all this ... It seems to me that it will not be possible to prove to anyone that HCHR is HID C and Halogen R. They will simply take away the rights and that's it. And at the expense of the book ... a lot is also written on the fence. For Russian State Traffic Safety Inspectors, these two arguments are not an argument. Or do you think it will pass?

S
St1ngerTULA 26.12.20

They will accept the law, we will sand the markings on the headlights, and maybe we will change the letter =)
З.Ы. I still have papers that they sold me in this configuration, that is, they did it at the dealer's in the salon, and I did not ride a halogen in my neighbor.
ZYY As far as I understand, in the NEAR LIGHT it is possible, according to the characteristics of the headlight, to insert both types of lamps and headlights allows this, as evidenced by this manual,
ZYYY As for the base, of course the question. I suspect that the lamp itself with the necessary base , it's just that the xenon kit immediately comes with adapters for the ignition blocks, I don't remember the restrictions on them.
ZYYYY here is a small post from my fellow countryman. all who have doubts please read, there are many loopholes. www.drive2.ru/users/inter..blog/4062246863888250898/

s
sega-012 26.12.20

Judging by the book, our headlights are "Dipped beam (halogen lamps) 51 W type A"
Look further: type B is circled below - discharge lamps type D4R.
We all have just type A - halogen lamps type HB4.
If you stand and prove with a book, they can simply pull out the lamp, which will naturally be with an HB4 base and hello to the pravik))))
So if the law is adopted, we will stick anyway)))

S

I don’t know how in Tula, but fucking Ekb everything is much simpler ... As the gay people say: we’ll take the rights from you right now, and then you’ll prove yourself in court, as you want to excuse yourself ... And in court there is a wonderful phrase: we have no grounds do not trust the traffic police inspector))))

on the ancient 110 Corolla, Chinese bixenon gives the same cut-off border as halogen)))) your arguments?

G
George-B 26.12.20

The fact that the gas-discharge lamp is indicated in the manual is good, only it has a corresponding connector, and not like in a standard headlight. Indeed, there are Toyota not for the European market, which are equipped with gas-discharge lamps installed in a reflector, only the reflector is not the same as a halogen one. The special reflector perfectly forms the light-shadow smooth border, which cannot be done by the halogen reflector. There are also a number of other manufacturers who equip cars with reflector lamps. However, the Automatic Corrector is always present!
Indeed, there are headlights for gas-discharge lamps on the Corolla, there are additional ignition units that are installed in a special place on the headlight from below, only the connector going to the HB4 lamp cannot be connected to the original ignition unit, so it is necessary, in addition to the headlights, without ignition units, as it was described earlier, the ignition units separately also buy an engine compartment harness, so that the entire system can be made to work correctly! The price of one headlight for a direa is about 30-34 thousand (all lamps are included), one ignition unit is 15 thousand and I don't know the harness. It flies into such crazy money, spending which is simply stupidly stupid. And nonsense about a gas-discharge lamp in the leadership will not play any role. Is that for a fool. On the headlamp there are markings of both the halogen and the connectors of the halogen lamps that are installed in it!

Then the Gaytsy stick their finger in the thread. What is indicated to the manual is correct, only two variants of Japanese and European headlight units are suitable for the car. And in order for the Gaits to poke a finger in the manual, see what kind of headlight you have, or rather the marking of the headlight.
