2. Switch on the ignition (Start the engine).
3. Apply the handbrake.
4. Fully depress the brake pedal and then release.
5. Fully depress the brake pedal and then release.
6. Remove from the hand brake.
7. Fully depress and hold the brake pedal.
8. Apply and remove the handbrake (the brake pedal is depressed).
9. Apply and remove the handbrake (the brake pedal is depressed).
10. Release the brake pedal.
11. Put on the handbrake.
12. Fully depress the brake pedal and then release.
13. Fully press the brake pedal and then
release.
The procedure is considered to be successfully completed when the icon for disabling these systems lights up on the instrument panel (car on slippery road).
