We clean the throttle - Toyota Altezza, 2.0 L, 1999

I recently complained about her that there was oil in the intake, so no options - to clean the throttle ...

Since I knew how to do it, thanks to the club forum, Google and probably natural curiosity and craving to poke around in all sorts of pieces of iron (probably because of IT's), without options - to do it yourself ...

I bought the cleaning product a week ago (I forgot to take a picture), but it's Japanese.

Well, let's get started.
First you need to open the hood and get the tools :)

1) We remove the branch pipe of the air filter box (it interferes greatly), then we unscrew all 4 screws of the box itself and move it to the side, we also disconnect the connectors that interfere with, the main thing is not to forget later what is where.
2) Remove the rubber pipe that goes to the throttle, oil inside, a rag in your hands and forward :)

3) Actually the threshold in front of the door, obviously dirty ...

4) We remove the throttle, get out the cleaning agent and proceed, the main thing is to fill all the channels ...
Dirt PPC, this is our disgusting gasoline ...

There is oil in the intake, but there is a little, already thinking about the oil-trash can.

5) Here is a clean throttle, by the way, if anyone does not know, on Alcoy it is electro-mechanical, that is, you can only open it with the pedal itself, everything else is done by the brain of the machine.

6) The main thing is to put everything back together as expected :)
