On Friday I took a COM -> USB adapter. And today I managed to connect to the car! For some reason, it didn't work with my COM -> USB cable.
Preparation
For the program to work it is necessary.
1. Computer with a processor frequency of at least 1 GHz
2. COM port. If there is no com port, you can use a COM to USB adapter. I used STLab USB to Serial Adapter.
3. Cable for connection with the vehicle diagnostic connector.
The cable consists of two wires, a 1.5-3.3 nF capacitor and a com port plug (female).
The first wire connects the Te2 and E1 pins in the diagnostic socket and the 5th pin of the com port.
The second wire connects pin Vf1 of the diagnostic connector with pin 6 of the port.
A capacitor is soldered between these wires.

5. УÑтанавливаем обороты Ð´Ð²Ð¸Ð³Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÐ»Ñ 2500-3000 (хорошо иметь заранее подобранную щепочку под упор дроÑÑельной заÑлонки, чтобы дроÑÑÐµÐ»ÑŒÐ½Ð°Ñ Ð·Ð°Ñлонка не шевелилаÑÑŒ при запиÑи). ЗапиÑываем 2,5-3 минуты.
6. Резко переводим в режим ХХ, выдернув щепочку. ЗапиÑываем ХХ 2,5-3 минуты.
