Optics ... front ... - Toyota Celica, 1.6 liter, 1988
New, original turn signals were purchased ... Slightly modified - in the dimension sector - white diodes were installed, in the turning sector - orange ...
As a result, the glow turned out to be more intense and beautiful, the standard bulbs in the lanterns also remained, I think that in general this increases the reliability of the system, because two things are unlikely to go bad at the same time ... :)
It was decided to remake the headlights for modular Hella lenses, according to numerous reviews they give very good light, and it just refreshed the look of the car well ...
To install them, it was necessary to redo the headlight raising mechanism so that the headlights rise to a lower height. And also to make fasteners for lenses ...
In the future, it will still be necessary to make decorative cladding, but this will be later ...
Xenon 4200K is installed in the lenses of the dipped beam, the blocks are also from Hella ... In the far, there are ordinary halogen lamps ...
Fog lights in the bumper will be purchased soon, again from the same company ... :)
Update 12 August 2010
The dipped beam is on, the right lens needs to be slightly corrected, otherwise it got up at an angle ...
Near + far ... The light has not yet been adjusted ... So do not rush ... :)

Well, if you need it, I will help you with advice ...;)
To put on my real?) What is needed for this (fasteners, wiring, cladding?)
I'm also going to change the optics to Hella. I thought about how to decrease the angle of opening of the optics, but so far my hands do not reach ((
Well done what you did! I envy!
Listen, and there are twists there ... Or do they slightly reduce the angle? I didn't wind them up to the end, but after a couple of turns the difference is visible to the eye)

What is the diameter of the modules? Are you satisfied with the light?
Added photos ...
Still, somehow look at how 60 mm shine.
The familiar installer went through a lot and settled on them.
And further. 60mm tempered glass, it is almost impossible to break them.
Even in allhella.ru, managers say that a 60 mm lens shines better than a 90 mm xenon lens.
all IMHO =)

90 mm, I haven't traveled with them yet, but the light distribution on the wall is very clear ...
And according to numerous reviews, these are some of the best headlights at the moment in the world ...
IMHO and not only mine,
that 60 mm modules shine better than 90 mm.
Moreover, 60 mm halogen.

Take the time and start installing ...)
Good lights and good brakes are the most important thing in a good car ...
Everything else is secondary ...)
Good light, good brakes and you completely forgot about the suspension)))
Whatever the drygatel - but at least somehow it will accelerate ...
Without brakes and light, no drygates will be high ...)))

I also bought it, but haven't installed it yet. Thanks for the positive feedback :)

Purchased in Exist ... It's easier ...
How will I move the car - I will take a photo as it shines ...
I am also interested in the numbers. I work at Exist.))) Five years have passed. I wonder how you were looking for numbers that are not in the catalog for the car. In general, I fumble about it weakly.
It's easy to use original catalogs, but improvise, search for something by size, for example, pass.

But yesterday I started to clean the rear arch for processing ... I found specks ... I brought in a grinder and welding ... :)
)) For the first time it may be so) But all the same, the body will torment for a long time)
For a 20 body, these lenses are too small in my opinion ...
But if you manage to write them beautifully, then respect ...)
it turned out great, when they are lifted they leave an indelible impression!) I also try on lisa, there really are relatives, you can immediately put Europe ... but also, like you, I want to leave an impression), I forgot, indelible)
on occasion, disassembled a headlight from a 4-eyed Mercedes, something fresh, I'm not seated in them) that's just the glass straight along the radius, like mine, it's a pity that there is one, there is just a Helov lens)
patriot!) no, the theme is that this will just make my life a little easier, but I will do everything myself)
Here the numbers and the process are described:

If you have any questions - do not be shy ...
I will help you as much as I can ...
For a long time already there were thoughts about lenses ... So I did not consider anything else ...
And in general, you can do absolutely anything ...
I’m wondering how the rectangular headlights will look that will occupy half of the entire plane? I don’t know which ones I’ll do! Did you have any other options besides this?
Well, to be honest, I'm far from the first ... :)
There is a whole bunch of MP2 with lenses, Celica t18 ...
Here with t16 - it is possible that I am the first ... Although that is not a fact ...)
lenses for halogen) it was necessary to take under xenon. there would be a step, not a jackdaw
