Headlights tinting - Toyota Corolla, 1.6L, 2008
I want to share what I have done with the optics. front and back. I read in the forums that you can disassemble the headlights yourself. He armed himself with an industrial hairdryer, an overwrap and dummy "where, if you can get a new headlight," began to destroy. In principle, the main thing is diligence and not overheat the headlight housing. well, 8 hours of extra time. After assembling the headlights, I glued pre-molded and painted cilia on them. I did it easier with the rear optics. Painted the non-working area in body color, leaving the lamps open. Yes, also the grille in body color and the badges. The difference is noticeable well.
Krasava! It was completely confused! I came up with the taillights in an original way, painted the nameplates and changed the view here :) Maybe paint the nameplates too :)
Cool report. Only if it's not difficult to write in more detail, the atoms are not clear. I just did such things too, it seemed like I did it from the pictures, but if someone doesn't understand for the first time :), but I want to do it :)
Rear cool muddied. Right now, the Japanese woman has become narrow-eyed) I just wanted to tint in the dark rear optics, now I’ll think maybe I’ll embody your version.
Darius-ptz 5, flex1986, see next report. It turned out pretty well. Wash ...
vladiimirs, phot did little. the battery was low. but how I did, I will sign.
And for more details about painting the taillights somewhere painted? I really liked it! (what kind of paint - did you take in the salon ?, how many layers ?, and I would like to have a closer look at the procedure itself) appreciated accordingly!
The headlights are super, I also want to do it myself, only there is no suitable master… But the rear ones, I would leave the original.
guys, as anyone. I have been doing it for a long time ... with back eyelashes, nothing happened. decided to do this. original and not so expensive. paint layers 8-10, film, and good friends. :))
This is a purely personal opinion, the main thing is that the owner is satisfied, and the rest is ... :)
Tell me, did you just paint the base of the headlights or sand it with a nozzle and then paint it? If you just paint on chrome after 3 months, the paint swells with blisters from dampness and overheating of headlights
