Brakes and Shumka - Toyota FJ Cruiser, 4.0 L, 2008
finally changed the brakes! not that they were too bad, but they were not enough, especially since I go with a trailer very often. I put DBA discs and Hawk pads - the difference after lapping is felt, especially with a trailer. Previously, after 2-3 braking good brakes dull and had to trample the pedal very hard, now it is much smoother and the braking force is higher. Brakes work immediately after water or mud. In short, I'm happy.
Also made Shumkov floor and rear. Now the doors are noisy, but they will be done immediately with the replacement of the speakers.
I also installed a stabilization, abs and anti-start switch. Now it has become much more fun to drive on the rear wheel drive :)
everything is simple - according to the "Arabic version". Near the driver's foot, on the left, you remove the panels and you see a bundle of wires. You find a yellow one with a blue stripe among the nahs and bump a switch into it. Only on the mass you can not start it. Just a switch. And everything works great.

how exactly did it implement it?
Of course it's a pity for Mada, but I don't have them. I do not need them. I ride on primers / stones / sand and very rarely on mud. All-terrain indestructible infestations. Comrade drove 100, I already have 50 and the end is still not in sight. I will raise it by 3 "and put on more rubber, so I'm rolling these and most likely there will be more.
Yeah, but nothing is my own rubber - road, I'll do it and hit it a little)
And mad - sorry.
:))) behind the cubes are already rounded.
But on unpaved tracks sideways ride is the thing!
Damn, the photo with the quad is just super!
Dim, is the difference between DBA disks and a complete whale from TRD very significant?
Hello!
Please tell me which interior buttons for Prado 120 have a lock when pressed? So far I know that from my only DACs. As I understand it, there is also a button for disabling the front parking sensors 84490-0K010 .
Is there a button that is normally closed, that is, when pressed, it opens the circuit? Since most of the time all help systems should work, it is logical that this corresponds to the position of the button off, and turning on - pressing the button, turns off the help.
You can embed a push button switch into one of the plugs in the mirror control unit, but you still want to install a standard button.
Any comments, information and experience I would appreciate.
