False cutoff - Toyota Supra, 3.0L, 1998

With the beginning of the new season and changing shoes for the summer, an unpleasant nuisance was discovered - with a sharp slipper to the floor, a cut-off at 5500 rpm, it should not be there, and even when there was a machine gun, the most interesting thing is that if the pedal is pressed moderately quickly, it will spin up to the prescribed 7000. Now, in search of a thought, why it arises - either because of the speed sensor not connected to the brain, or because the brain thinks that I am standing on N or P because of old automatic brain amnesia. Or because of something else.

I watched this for the very first time, not it. It turned out to be a matter of brains, and I had a machine gun, I installed the mechanics. and the brain remained automatic. He did not receive some signals, I gave them to him - in short, I cheated. lose everything OK.

and what signals were missing? did you have a native motor? without wwty?

if the speed is connected to the brain and the gur works easier, from… xs. it is necessary to connect diagnostics to the brain and see if the brain sees the speed from the box.

hello buddy, please help! I have the same garbage, I connected the wire from the speedometer to my brain today, it turns out that the steering wheel turns much easier (I looked at the diagram later, it also regulates the power steering valve), but the cut-off remained, although the car was knocking at 15.44, but the cut-off ... can you help?

I wanted to go with you, yesterday they noticed that the timing belt is bad ... apparently only after replacement ...

LLC, even so, well done, congratulations!)
And I sit there constantly, waiting for a suitable option to buy.

this is how I would solve it there, and decided (if anything)

the answer to your question can be found in the Supra club, I recently read it, you are not the only one with this problem.
