Flood - Toyota Corolla, 1.4L, 2008

Recently I vacuumed the whole car (but after a couple of days, parents and their friends dirtied everything as evil), and found a large amount of moisture under the driver's mat.

All the time I put special shallow-absorbing napkins under the rubber mats, in winter the driver's seat got wet and I had to throw it out, I didn't put a new one. So there the whole carpet was in water, you press and the water comes out, and so on ad infinitum.
I put in a new absorbent napkin, it seems to have helped, but not 100%.
It's not a hunt to remove / fold the carpet.

Who is how to deal with this problem?

for the summer, too, it would be necessary to look at new rugs) only the original will come out expensive ...
ps: a friend has rugs from Skyline on Daihatsu YARV - an attraction =)

duck after the winter it remained, then there was a lot of snow, it melted, then all sorts of garbage happened (but this does not affect, there is a little bit) ...

Where did the water come from? I didn't have such a problem. At night, when you put the car down, the rubber mat is folded and it will gradually dry out.

yes, to ride without rugs, too, as it is not alo,
you have to try something

it was so once, without a rug in winter I traveled for a week. Then I put several newspapers under the rug every day, and changed them as often as possible. And then in the summer, in the heat, everything dried up by itself :)

I will take into account
ATP)

when vacuuming a carpet, moisture comes out strongly from pressure

B

the cardboard is strong and firm. Better newspapers :)

D
Darius-ptz 07.01.21

to
try a piece of cardboard) all the same budget than absorbency towels)

It was also advised to lay the packaging cardboard under the rug. I also had moisture, now it's kind of dry :)

hmm ... it’s a dumb iron to use =)

R
Rossi 07.01.21

you take an old iron and stupidly evaporate it)) it is only advisable to do it in the heat, so that everything else is not soaked and the glass does not sweat)! I did so on the trade wind on my own! 20 minutes of work and everything is dry!

I have nap, and rubber on them =) And there is no moisture. =)

Likewise! I recommend to all!

s
sign-karjala 07.01.21

crawl under the car, look ...

I then went with a torn off protection (boot), mb because of this.
I
don’t know at all )) Conder as an option)

D
Darius-ptz 07.01.21

if I press, then eat slightly =)
I probably need to ride more with Conder to dry everything

s
sign-karjala 07.01.21

D
Darius-ptz 07.01.21
