The beginning of the construction of a garage show car - Toyota Land Cruiser Prado, 2.7 liters., 2000

So, let's proceed to the description of what is actually supposed to be delivered:
head-? (Still in question, but I want 2DIN multimedia with process)
front:
midbass-2 of the Alpine SPX-17REF set from Alpine PDX4.150 (via channel to din)
middle - Eton Rs-100 (from Boston GT-22 for now)
tweeters-EOS PL-XT (from Boston GT-22 for now)
rear:
7x5 "horn tweeters (pair)

there are no broadband concert dines 6.5 "(pair)
for the rear, I will decide later which one to take. The
rear will be placed directly in the back door and, if desired, turn off, in general, a specific option for street
sounding :) sub link:
four Alpine SWR1542D from DIgital Designs Z2 (~ 8-9 kW; 2 Ohm for everyday, 0.5 Ohm for measurement)

Nutrition - 2 optima 75ki (in the cabin, separately for powering the monoblock) and 1 optima 55ka under the hood for everything else :) and 2 genes, though which ones and how to put them, will be decided in the near future.
Well, that seems to be all, excl. monitors and cameras ...
Boxes for double foreign ministries are almost ready (based on standard sheathing,)
there are a lot of photos of their construction (I say right away, I haven't measured the volume yet):

from above we glue the whole thing with a vibra - now each such sheathing / box weighs 10+ kg (we need the rigidity of the structure :)

So far, everything is with the doors. In principle, the lower part of the sheathing is almost ready for fitting, but with the upper one you have to tinker.

Thanks, I try :) The
final version is also interesting to me :) I plan to finish it by the end of the summer. I can deal with the car on the weekends (and even then not always) + to all still came up with a car full film ... and drag on zameram- to past topikam- last year was 150.4Db (with two Rock)
But in fact, this system is not on crush - on loud everyday. I just want the music to be under 150 and the system (including the machine itself :)) withstands long-term listening to music at this level ...

Listen, how do you attach them to the door? Really on the caps?)
Yesterday I rolled the rear doors tightly, otherwise there were a lot of overtones behind.
I want to make my double front rings (about 5 cm in height) and tightly fasten them to the iron.
A couple of problems - the iron is not even, you still have to cut holes in the metal under these rings, it will not be easy and I am sitting quite close, so the first speaker is shifted to the loops, i.e. in principle, the hole in the metal for the sink of the column is between my speakers.

Now I see a solution - to cut holes in the metal, attach a rectangular piece of plywood / chipboard to the metal, on which the rings will be attached. It will be hard and smooth and not loud.

What can you advise?)
