So, quietly, I am starting to build the most basic (in principle, most of the salon :)) - boxes / stealths for subs, and then the whole economy for waxi, etc. The
inner part of the boxes is very roughly made of thick plywood (22mm) - glued together resin + glass mat + part of the family sheathed (so as not to f * ck later with the gaps to the body) The outer part, as usual, will be covered with fabric along the frame and layers of glass mat + resin ... The surface will either be painted or covered with film (in general )
Volumes for each din, their own - 80L + port for each din with a diameter of 160mm

Well, then we proceed to a very rough construction of the inner part of the plywood stealth:
left side
all cracks, joints, etc. coat with resin + glass mat
Right side
old boxes, stumps, stubs of plywood went into business, in general, everything that was lying underfoot in the garage :)))
we join with the standard sheathing (we sew with a carpet and impregnate with resin + glass mat as usual)
They are still removable, but in general, I decided to make them non-removable for the strength of the structure (and blow out all the voids with foam so that for sure :) The
only problem is the gas pump, access to which is in the trunk floor. but I already figured out how to solve this problem, as we move on, everything will be on the pictures.
The rings for the phasics are already completely ready (44mm thick), it remains to finish the rings for the dynes themselves (double).
For now, at the weekend I plan to buy 10 liters of resin, the same amount of glass mat and finish the inside of the boxes :)
I measured it with water in the bathroom, but I think this is another case - a pool is needed here
