start - Toyota Sprinter, 1.6 L, 1991

I will try in order… just during the swap the photos were done only sometimes. such a beautiful engine sailed to me 2 months after the start of the search

start - Toyota Sprinter 16 L 1991then went to rework the right pillow. to get everything up, I had to cut something. the operation takes 10 minutes. :)start - Toyota Sprinter 16 L 1991then I had to cut the block a little (make a sample for the distributor) with the rest of the iron there were no problems (I love Toyota), but the most slippery issue is still the clutch issue. The coupler that I put is designed for 2WD. She is a native Blektopovskaya. since the boxes are different, the clutch disc had to be made to ORDER. Because the splines are different. I have a slot on the box as on T. Celika 3SGTE. And since it was impatient to ride, the decision was made about a monodrive. I have a gearbox with a mechanical inter-axle lock, that is, you can organize at least a front-wheel drive, at least a rear-wheel drive within half an hour. the choice fell on the back. the disk was made, and I proceeded to shove the motor.start - Toyota Sprinter 16 L 1991A very pleasant moment was that all the bolts, stretch marks, etc. came up from the old engine. The issue with the radiator was resolved by itself. the productivity of a native is enough for the eyes, as well as a gas pump. next question, issue. I left my own, which by the way robust "strangled" the motor. it will be fixed soon. lambda must be installed in the front pipe. the best place is near the steering rack.start - Toyota Sprinter 16 L 1991then the power steering pump. The best option is to take the tank with hoses and fittings from this year's diesel version of the sprinter. no one else can be more beautiful. and I had to buy on disassembly and be smart with Toyota - Ceres - Marino (Silvertop)start - Toyota Sprinter 16 L 1991Well, then the simplest - Electrician. time spent on posting 4 days. Study Guide - Book on Toyota Carina AT210 with Gasoline Engines (Autodata) I have been happily driving for 2.5 months. And then something terrible happened. Snow fell and I had to rebuild the 4WD. the weak adhesion could not stand it and burned out.start - Toyota Sprinter 16 L 1991 I had to take out the motor again ... start - Toyota Sprinter 16 L 1991it happened on December 18. since then the car is standing and waiting for a solution to the issue. The solution was suggested by one respected person (I will not name) it is simple - 4AGZE Flywheel + ceramics from Toyota Celica. The disk came to mestart - Toyota Sprinter 16 L 1991 start - Toyota Sprinter 16 L 1991But with a flywheel some kind of steam. I can't find a new one anywhere, even to order ... now a person is trying to find it. I do not know whether he will succeed or not. that's actually so ... :)

The swap is pretty simple. and the car starts to go on all the money spent. :) you will like it. BUT if you want more, and the budget allows you do not worry with 4AGE, put 3SGTE.
PS By the way, I already have such thoughts ... :)

Further, an appeal to all those interested in the monodrive. Do not want to get on the box, do not chop off the 4WD at the checkpoint with VYAZKOMUFTAKY. Now everything seems to be ...

Is there an accidental pinout from your computer? Or don't you know she's the same as on Levin?
