We put HKSs - Toyota Chaser, 2.5 l., 2000
Everything went not quite smoothly.
On Sunday, around noon, my friend Usan and I arrived at our Abakan "drift garage". The guys have all the necessary tools and rack wrenches to adjust the height, and left at about seven in the evening, but everything is in order!
We disassemble the rear suspension first, because with her should be the most troubles, tk. Stoics from Mark Blitz, and he has other back cups ...
It was decided to put stock rear cups on the HKSs.
They assembled the rack, put it in place - it turns out REALLY ZHIP):
And all this because of a non-native cup. But it doesn't matter that the cup is collapsible, we will order a turner ...
But for now, we lower it to the maximum to the bottom ...
Replacing the front ones is much faster and easier, we set the trial height, and the very first stiffness on all racks.
Well, everything seems to be ready, the height and stiffness will still be adjusted, and yes, the rear cups are sent to the turner!
Later there will be photos of the completely finished and tuned suspension version, and I will write off about the sensations :)
Dusty motor)
PS I apologize for the dirty car, but it rained nicely at night!
Price tag: 0 ₽I think you need to drop your ass a little =) then it will be generally super!
By the way, what kind of "drift garage" is that in Abakan? or is it just a joke)
Hi, the racks are good. I could not have unscrewed the wheels, only jacked up the rear wheels and twisted them with twist keys, I have typical racks. HKS Demper, and I adjusted the front ones on the pit from the bottom, you can adjust it, I climbed with a barbell so that everything was smooth. I sold it to the edge, and put the stock cups back because this is a kit for 110 bodies and an altez.
