Blue - yes, red - yes, yellow and green left =) - Toyota Caldina, 2.0 L, 1997

Boisagat Perhaps
I'll start the post with hysterical laughter. So, for a change. = D
I read a lot about the warm-up. About her pluses, about her minuses. About what you need to learn materiel. =)
In short, I decided to hang snot under the hood, in order to personally see for myself what is good and what is bad. What is the effect and what is the anti-effect.
In principle, it was not difficult to buy the wires yourself, screw the terminals to them and deal with the minuses in the engine compartment. But somehow I was too lazy to do all this + time is still limited, on working days you stick around at work, and I want to spend the weekend with family or friends. I began to look for a ready-made option - plug and play, so to speak. Already almost signed up to bring from Japan (in our city, somehow, with ready-made sets of tension, or I was just looking in the wrong place.), And then suddenly I stumble upon an advertisement (for some reason, a solid sign on my MAC refuses to work on Drive = / ) about the sale of HKS wires. I called, the price was affordable (I still do not believe that this is the original, but come on. The wires themselves were of pretty good quality). In short, on the same day, I docked with the seller and took them away.
Once again I read what is minus and how, gave yakov and aka-mazai a little , because the comrades have already hung minuses under the hood.
Minus the following:
1) Engine block
2) Generator
3) Choke
4) Body, near the front pillar.
5) Body, front, next to the radiator.
This ends the set of wires. In the future, I may change the location. Maybe add a couple more wires. Until the wires were secured, there were no zip ties at hand. Tomorrow I will buy screeds, I will fix everything away from sin. =) I will remove one wire from the spacer, attach it with ties to the far wall of the body. And I hope that I will finally blow everything under the hood with a compressor, and I will wash what I can. Because the dump under the hood looks awful.

I'll be watching the changes now. What is what I will describe in this entry.

Pedal horse
Well, this is a little bonus. Don't tell me, I know myself that the Mugen is a purely Honda thing. But after trying on, I realized that the linings are sitting like family. So for now, I'll try to put them. In the future, I will still take a set of 3 pads - for a lazy leg too =)

xs, honestly. I took the warm-up kit. and the instruction + specs apparently disappeared during transportation.
The price tag is a thousand rubles - just for the wires. For me it is quite real. Considering that this is the only thing I found in the city.
Pedals got you can say for free.

Is the price tag real? for the whole ruble?
I also plan to make a minus for myself, there are only good terminals for Akum (
what wire diameter?

Thanks for the clarification! The pluses are good, you have to do yourself too =)

In general, the point is that you are doing additional grounding. If you look at the engine compartment, you can see the stock ground wires, in my case, they are sooo thin (I admit, the guys from the Toyota Design Bureau are smarter than me in milen).
Of the advantages, what the manufacturers themselves write:
1) Improving the work of the head light. (Does not tarnish)
2) Improved torque.
3) Reducing fuel consumption.
4) Improved ignition.
5) Improving the gas pedal.

This is a translation taken from Ingapan, so don't laugh =)

Personally, I have noticed only two changes so far: The car began to start normally from the car factory on alarms, and the reaction to pressing the gas pedal became faster.

And what is the purpose of this action? It's a shame of course that I don't know =]

aka-mazai

Well done =) on many luxury Japanese, the warm-up is from the factory ... and not subtle.
Your wires are thicker! At least idle ones are more stable than steel ?!

I have now set myself a new one and again I see the stability of XX and that they have decreased

r
r0m1r3z 11.01.21

with blanks is not yet clear. something is basically wrong, they are small for me ... so I can't say with certainty.

It will be nicer when I wash everything. In the meantime, srach + new clean red wires =)

AKA-MANYAK 11.01.21

more + under the hood it became posimpotishny =)
I heard that it gives a big + when very high engine speed, such as that the spark does not lose its strength ...

H
HYPER24 11.01.21

yes, I already thought that I would have to drill))

r
r0m1r3z 11.01.21

With the pedals, everything is simple, you take off the standard rubber bands on the pedals, drill holes, fasten the linings with your own bolts.

H
HYPER24 11.01.21

Tell me, how did things get up with the pedals? all stood up straight? how did you screw it?
