It turned out not so simple, it is necessary to remove the tank. And the day before I was almost full filled) ) I found a drain plug at the bottom of the tank, unscrewed it ... And I poured such black fuel oil into a bucket that at first I thought it was oil ... I figured that all this shit was scooped up by a pump, I realized that it was definitely necessary to pull it out.
I will not describe the process, technologically everything is quite simple, disconnect the wires from the pump and the fuel level sensor, disconnect the fuel supply pipes and the return pipe, unscrew the 2 clamps that hold the tank, unscrew the pump.
But what I found in the place of a regular pump made me reconsider my opinion about tuning in general))))
Upon closer examination, it turned out that this was a Bosh pump, screwed into place with a regular one with nylon ties, the mesh was wiped in several places (the depth of the tank and the place of the pump attachment were probably not correctly calculated, as a result - the mesh rubbed against the bottom).
during dismantling, the rusty rotten fuel supply pipe bent and broke (at the very top of the photo you can see a flattened one), the campaign will have to change this entire structure, because the tube is welded into the lid and cannot be replaced. Maybe someone was lying around? or do you know someone who is lying around? :-) ready to buy.
The pump with the bracket was found, one of these days I will go to order, it will be delivered in a week. Expensive, but stock, not collective farm tuning. I looked at the characteristics of the current pump, it turns out that it gives out a pressure of less than 3 atmospheres, and the standard one - 3.5. And where did I get failures when pressing the gas ... * scratches his bald spot.
As long as there is time and 1 day off I will probably take care of the tank, wash it, clean it from the top of dirt, rust and paint it white :-)
