Installing a headlamp washer in the standard wiring - Toyota Carina E, 2.0L, 1992
The idiot's dream has come true)) I installed the headlight washer in the standard wiring. For those who want to get confused, I will say: Nothing complicated, I only had difficulties when connecting a standard relay, because + 12V is constantly (always!) supplied to one of the contacts of the block, and when the ignition is turned on, + 12V comes to another n, they just rotted away. I had to solder the contacts from the log that came with the engine, they were cut off there in the fuse box. For the rest, everything is smooth, I put injectors from the VOLGA (they are with a valve), I used antifreeze hoses from a VAZ, a kustran tee. The hose to the nozzles was made equal in length to equalize the pressure. Behind the bumper, the tee itself was attached to the screed. I drilled holes in the bumper with an 18mm milling cutter, it came with a parking sensor. I confess I expected the effect to be so-so therefore I decided to experiment on the old bumper. But the effect exceeded all my expectations, despite expectations and the water consumption is moderate, if you use it as needed and not scare pedestrians))))
The relay works clearly on the button pressed, it works for 5 seconds and turns off, krastoa!

Today, too, I killed all day to install a similar device. Only I was looking for a place where to hide the tank from the basin)
I did not break my head for a long time, thanks to Nikita (eenergo) for the native tank with the original motor. But brother on EE101 will have to put an additional tank behind the bumper and remove the neck (hose) somewhere higher for convenience.
And I just decided not to make holes in my own tank, although there is space for installing the pump. And one day I don't want to be left without a washer at all :)
