Building a garage show car.part 4 - Toyota Land Cruiser Prado, 2.7 L, 2000

On Saturday I received another package, which made me happy more than others :) In it I "found" the second set of concert shiriks to the rear! :)))) It's a long time to tell how and what, but in general, due to problems with delivery, I got this pair of dinos completely free of charge, which is good news :)
In general, now the layout of the rear will be slightly different:
4x 6.5 "wide, 2 horns tweeters and something else, because "something" is still in question :)

Well, I thought about how and from what to commute all this economy ... Will there be enough 2-channel or is it better to take 4-channel? that's the question :)
in the 2-channel version - tweeters from one channel play 2-ohms, from the second channel 4-widths also play two ohms - as if it were necessary then either a powerful VCL or 4-channel ... in general, when there are ready podiums, I think to try to connect from a good 2x channel and from an average 4x - and uee in fact choose what is best (fortunately, what to supply for a test is available :) I
also reinforced the rear door with glass mat completely, i.e. it remains to make the mounting holes, set the rings, cover with lycra and that's all - resin + glass mat as we like in general :)
Sawed the rings:
completely under the rear (4 for shiriki + 2 for food)
do not pay attention to the fact that the inner side is not perfect to put it mildly :) the outer polished to the ideal

for subs (double, and here and there triple from 22mm plywood, i.e. 66mm thick)

on the photo - rings for all subs - two ready-made (double - that is, the subs will be recessed.) and two to which you will still need to cut out 2 outer rings on a milling
machine.The subs will be attached to them on M6 bolts (that is, tightly), for of this, "M6-mortise nuts" cut into the rings. I
fumbled a little more podiums (ZYa on the front doors) and tidy (with podiums for 3 voltmeters), but there is nothing special to show, it is still necessary to sand and sand ...

Then he began to work on the part from the hood - it had to be redone, tk. earlier I tried to cover it with a thick film - drain gratings - I could not stretch enough film. In general, I pulled it with a thin film (5000 KPMF) - it is quite normal, but it is very dreary to pull each grating, in general, this is what I left for later :)

I stuck my oracle, so to see how it will look on a black mat, it seems to be good :) all the wells on the site by the way (though still in the stage of revision)

Moving further along the film, rolled up the starboard side! In a single piece of 3 running meters - one of course is unrealistic - they did three of us (thanks to friends :))
Friends helped to pull, I was the only one who "worked" with a squeegee - as a result, it took 4 hours to complete this business, and still had to cut off everything unnecessary, in general somewhere hour of work.
Photos are just a crowd, tk. I basically forget to take a camera down to the garage :) but this time I only had a work phone with me, with a simple camera, in general, I don't answer for the quality of the photos :) Also, I didn't take a picture of the result, the process itself is in the pictures, because say rare moments of "smoke break" :)
I wanted to take a picture with a screwed plate = - but damn did not have time ... but it looks like I tell you ... just awesome :))))) How straight is some kind of hearse, all black, without glasses :))) ) I liked it in general.





I also gave the cap for chrome plating, about the next Wednesday we are waiting for the result - I really hope that the guys will do it perfectly
