Xenon in reverse. - Toyota Land Cruiser Prado, 4.0L, 2005
Before installing xenon in the rear light, I decided to tune the rear lights a little. He took off the lanterns, and did probably the hardest work with toning, this is pasting work objects with masking tape.
I toned it in 4 layers, but I think it's not enough. But I didn't want a very black color either, so in my opinion it is much prettier and prettier :).
I polished them with a typewriter and the mustache is ready).
I installed the ignition units behind the plastic panels in the lower part, fixing them one by one self-tapping screw to the rear pillars.
Next, the xenon lamps were installed at their destination.
1. Plinth H3. although it is possible and H7 (I didn’t put myself, because I thought it was long and the lantern would melt, but no, there’s a very large margin.
2. Ignition blocks on 2-sided tape attached to the inner part of the wing under the skin. left and right externally glued with POXIPOL glue))).
3 / White wires are the native wiring inside the Prado 120 headlights)))
1.What kind of lamp base was used?
2.What was the base for fastening and where did the ignition unit go?
3.What are the white wires?
Thank you very much for the instruction.
clearly, clearly and point by point. Thank you. will please the folder on the weekend, put it to him.
good work) xenon in reverse) I have already had it for a long time) sometimes it helps a lot in terms of lighting when you turn it back at night) almost like the PTF shines) or on the highway when you follow someone the thread and someone else fazes you from behind, although in fact it is hammering into the eyes that you yourself cannot drive because of the interference in the front and will be rearranged to the right, too, because of the interference, so you take him 3-4 times a sharp click with a button) as it blinds with strobes) so immediately calms down) yes I almost forgot) that there were no misunderstandings) I have reverse gear from the checkpoint does not light up, displayed separately on the button on the left under the steering wheel where the headlights, panels, etc. are adjusted ...)
And I connected it to the checkpoint, blew it on my own wiring. And in the lower foglights instead of red ones, I put white ones and connected xenon there, so I blink at them)))). And sometimes at night you turn on xenon in the PTF and in the ZX), the lighting is stronger than in front)))
