Textile rugs. — Toyota Camry, 3.0 liter, 1994
About three years ago I bought myself textile rugs.
Sewed to order www.autokovrik.ru/ so they fit perfectly =)
Without serious cleaning (only a vacuum cleaner), they last for a year and a half, then it would be nice to wash them.
I have just a year and a half passed, after the previous cleaning. It's time.
I didn’t become particularly wise. I took the usual “non-contact†chemistry.
I waited 5 minutes and washed everything with a "karcher" =)
And I removed the water with a washing vacuum cleaner.
Unfortunately, it was not possible to completely wash the driver's mat. =( Alyosha tried to make it perfect =)
However, if you compare the first photo with the fifth, then there is progress =)
Drying half a day outside, in the sun, is enough.
Very happy with the rugs.
With their appearance, in comparison with rubber ones, I got rid of puddles under my feet, especially in winter (they do not let water through, because they have a latex base), and clouds of dust when the stove fan is turned on, in the position at the feet.
The only catch is that cleaning is more difficult, but oddly enough, these rugs get dirty less and a regular vacuum cleaner lasts for a long time.
And they look much more attractive in the car than rubber bands.
Especially when ordering, you can choose from several colors, and even edging in body color or just a line, like mine.
