Registration with the traffic police — logbook Toyota Will VS, 2001
Today I went to register Willka.
The traffic police is a complete PPC: constant queues and bureaucracy. It's good that I met an "acquaintance" who, after asking "what and why", gave out the phrase:
- "Ahh ... box of death ..."
