Starting from any corner, heat the film with a hair dryer. If this is a 3M carbon film, then it becomes soft and elastic and gradually warms up and without much effort it should peel off. Then remove the remaining glue from the hood with a degreaser and voila. The main thing is not to overdo it with the temperature so that the paint and varnish do not swell.
