Year 2007. Turbo Four. Now we can definitely say that installing a stock 1jz-gte or, as I saw it, the limit with the HKS 2835pro in the 105th body, the idea is inferior, but then it seemed to me that it would turn out just right 
Let's move on from lyrics to details.
The workpiece is available, body jzx105. In winter, spare parts were bought in Vladivostok from the 100th TourerV:
An engine with a scythe and brains, a donut box, a stock cooler with a track, a gearbox with drives, stock brakes and rear levers with ears under the rear stub.
MAF, P-FC brains, torso and muffler and had to be bought from the Yahi. Dima FourV, using barter and monetary relations, drove the Tein racks. The front ones have been converted to 4wd suspension. Thank you friend, until now, thinking about the suspension, I remember you with kind words.
Separately, I want to thank the wonderful person Stas Sereda. And during the preparation of the project and all these four years, he never refuses advice and assistance. Respect! If not for him, most likely he would not have bothered with the construction site. Stas sent me the first main detail that started it all, a converted pallet. It is difficult to say why the Yapis made a different oil intake scheme, it is clear that the gearbox is in the way, but you could have come up with something. In general, for a high-pressure pallet, the fence goes immediately to the block, for a pallet, first into the pallet, then into the block. When installing the front gearbox, I had to grind the casting on the block a little and file the nut on the gearbox.
It's good that before installing the engine, they paid attention to the right 4vd engine mount. On vvti gte, there is a stock turbine in this place. Before me, there were four projects and all with twinturbo, where the support was placed without problems. I bought a support from the analysis, I expected to file it a little and weld it, but the support lost weight too much for resuscitation. They made a new one from 10 mm iron. The oil drain turned to the other side.
The brakes came up with minor alterations. I had to weld one hole in the front bracket and make a new one next to it, everything is perfectly visible in the photo. Oddly enough, these brakes are still enough for me, they don’t burn, they don’t soap, they just work great, of course, the pads are high-temperature.
The engine with the gearbox was taken out of the car. The insides of the gte box were poured into the HP case. In the brains of gte, a hole was drilled for supply to the razdatka. It is easy to find, along the tube from the body to the brains, there is already a 1-2 mm hole in the brains, you just need to enlarge it. At the same time, they put a shift kit from Dima Kuzmenko from Novosibirsk. Worked well, a pleasure to switch.
The flange on the turbo gearbox was re-drilled for the gimbal from jzx105. I found a pair of 8 inches 4.3 and put instead of 3.9. If anyone needs info, where 4.3 was placed, there is a list below in the photo. Speaking of cardans and handouts. The transfer case from the 93rd body differs from the 105th, the output from the transfer case is a flange, the universal joint is thicker, it resembles the flange of the turbo reducer, there is a speed sensor on the transfer case. Despite the obvious weakness of the 105th cardan, he walks normally, apparently the sparing operation of the automatic transmission has an effect. If I knew in advance, I would have found both a box and a cardan from the 93rd body.
A converted bagel from Harvest arrived at 3500 rpm.
Washer reservoir bought from the turbo, it is placed in the bumper. I put an AEM fuel regulator, but it's a pity. Firstly, the AEM regulator is shit, and secondly, if you don’t have 500 hp. it's better to leave stock. In 2008, he will kill my motor.
The throttle cable had to be changed. The problem was solved surprisingly easily (on a turbo it is longer). I went to the disassembly and bought for 300 rubles. I don’t even know why, I sawed it a little, adjusted it and put it in place :)
There were no more problems on the mechanical side. Everything fell into place as it was.
The electrician worked slowly for three or four weeks, although if he had taken only my car, he would have done everything in three days. I also forgot to mention the signal converter from the ABS sensor. In the turbo box and HP of the 93rd body, the signal to the computer is removed from the box, there is no this sensor on the HP box of the 105th body, and again many thanks to Stas, he helped to purchase the converter.
The kettle has gone. Went strange, constantly flooded on the boost. The reason was discovered immediately, a crack in the stock cooler in the attachment area. At XX, it was invisible, it swelled on the boost.
Emotions appeared  At the start of the brake-gas car started off with 3500 rpm, with a boost of 0.7 kg. My eyes were getting dark. Short couples strained a little, I felt some discomfort due to increased speed. He began to increase the pressure, played for a couple of days, then got tired, stupidly threw off the hose from the actuator and drove. If anyone does not know, the Toyota turbine ST15 is a rare G, it did not press more than 1.3, by 7000 it is blown off to 0.8 kg. And do not say that she was killed by me, I rode on many cars with this turbine, everyone is blown away to 7000 rpm. Therefore, there is an opinion that the TT ST12 rides better, they simply do not deflate at the top. In the first two days erased the new front wheels. It happened because of the NEW stock but liquid silent front oblique levers. The power increased, when accelerating, the front wheels got into this position by convergence -/, and when braking, because the speed also increased , like this /- . I installed polyurethane and the problem went away.
Found a rear stub in a nearby town, went and bought it. On the way back to the city, the exhaust impeller blades got tired and spilled out into the chimney. Not a train and a couple of months with the turbine again became the owner of the atmosphere cars. So I traveled all autumn, winter and spring. By manipulating the PFC, he achieved a reduction in consumption from 22 to 15 liters per hundred. I leaned the mixture to 14.7 in all modes, although I don’t drive more than 140, the pace grows above 850. I put the front stub from the front of the JCE15 — it is 2 mm thicker. and really harder. The car steers well, but now you have to change the chair, the ass is trying to slip off when cornering, you need lateral support. I didn’t want to do this, it’s a pity to remove the side pillows.
I won't talk about the body kit in detail, everything can be seen in the photo. I painted the inner housing of the headlight, I did not like black on gray. Now everything is ok.

I forgot to describe the main emotion. In a car with 4wd and A T stock or even a bustap one, 1JZ is not enough. Accelerates without axle box, rides like on rails, complete boredom. Realizing that even installing a turbine like 2835 would not help here, I swung at 3000cc :) In winter, I bought a 2jz-ge and a Chinese gt35 turbine, but more on that in the next story.
