From the beginning to the present day =) - Toyota Mark II, 3.0 liter, 1993
Hello everyone! In general, I dashed off on my Nissan R'nessa, and realized that I wanted more space under the hood and less in the cabin. Always wanted to buy Mark 90 body, but circumstances interfered. And then, as I remember now, September 12, 2009, I read the announcement of the exchange, and I find it there.
I call, arrange to meet, come, look, like it! The next day we come to the traffic police, Mark is already without numbers, we exchange keys with his former owner. I sit down and understand that my joy knows no bounds =). There is a long straight line near the traffic police building. I rent it backwards, then "D", "PWR", and "gas to the floor" ... Then I realized what 2JZ is (fortunately, "transits were not issued"). I come to my city, people laugh, like I changed the beautiful R'nessa to a Samurai in a "killed" state, but when I saw the nameplate 3.0, all questions immediately disappeared =). Next was a month of operation with repeated replacement of rubber. And then, before you put the car for the winter, when you unsuccessfully press the gas pedal, the pipe with antifreeze breaks and the engine overheats ... Next, many months of engine overhaul. While the car was being repaired, I slowly bought tyunyachki. A carbon spoiler was ordered from Vladivostok (I always wanted one), 17 Volk racing wheels, tein type HR struts were bought ... The engine was moved and it was necessary to check how it would behave in operating conditions, but TRC and ABS were disabled on the car, so in winter there was no desire to drive, we were waiting for spring ... As soon as the snow melted, I drove out and realized that the engine was no longer the same = (, troit, idle 500, dull ...
This was followed by the process of searching and eliminating jambs. And finally, at the end of May, he again went as he should go))) Again, there was no limit to joy))). Next, the mark was underestimated (TEIN type HR), and OBER front bumper was ordered from Omsk. Now the mark is in painting ...
Looking forward to =).
Hey Igor!
You can link to the lenses, I'm not enlightened in these matters, and stock optics do not suit me =)
