I have been wanting to buy a GPS navigator for a long time. But the obligatory condition was that it had support for flash drives in gigs 8 and playing mp3 with a quality no worse than my Panasonic allows. As a result, I settled on Texet tn-505. A pretty good model for the money with a 4.3 ”display - 3800rub + 8 gig card for 600rub. I won’t talk about the device itself, about navigation and all its capabilities, because. I am not writing about this after all. The only thing I will mention that suits almost everything. Well, about mp3 - it turned out that when I listen to the same songs from the navigator via aux that I listened to from disks, the sound quality looks much better. Moreover, for all of them, even at a higher volume, there are no distortions (unfortunately, it is not yet possible to take on the normal acoustics :(). Initially, I installed the native mount as it should be on the glass. But, apparently, due to the peculiarities of the typewriter, the navigator simply interfered, blocking part of the view. Then, in the cold, when installed on the glass, I hugged a figurine, which is intended for fastening. I threw out the suction cup in general and stuck it on a double-sided adhesive tape to the panel. The view no longer blocked practically, but there were two minuses: on our roads it shakes quite strongly and stretches far to the screen. When I was on vacation, I came across a metal plate. This is where the idea was born. I drilled holes in it, grinded off all the sharp corners, screwed it into the "pocket" with 4 or 5 screws, and used the last knot from my native holder for fastening. Now it is convenient to use it as a player and the screen does not shake, as on the panel. The only thing is that in terms of navigation it is now slightly below eye level, which is somewhat inconvenient.
