Shvi + Sound — Toyota Celica, 1.8 liter, 2002
A little time has passed and I will continue the report on what I did.
It was 3 days off and I decided to do in these three days
1.Shvi body
2. Organize a place in the trunk for the installation of an amplifier, subwoofer ...
3. Well, laying all power, interconnect and speaker wires
Worked in the 2nd with a friend did everything ourselves and the first time ...
Shvi material
1. 20 Sheets Visomat PB (Silver)
2. Splen 3004 8 M2
3. Plywood
4.Beam 40*60
5.Carpet
6. Well, every little thing in the form of screws, glue and all that
It all started with the purchase of Plywood
Measure seven times, cut once, I completely forgot about this golden rule when I nailed it to the car, I realized that it didn’t fit in any way) This wonderful material
I had to dismantle the entire lining of the trunk and rear seats
It was easy to disassemble and simply did not cause any difficulties, and after about an hour the car was almost free of plastic
The weather was hot so the material was easy to cut and roll onto a hot body
all over the body laid Vizomat!
all arches! inside the rear dvirey all cavities were taped!
At the next stage, the laying of the second layer with splenitis began!
+ laying of necessary cables! and making a platform for installation!
Finally, the time has come for the purchased plywood
Started making a "podium" for the amplifier and subwoofer
in a hurry, they again forgot about the rule about measure seven times ... so I had to pretty sweat adjusting and redoing it again)
Nevertheless, it was still possible to build this structure.
And we proceeded to the aesthetic part
There are no tailors among us ... I also had to do everything more than once ...
That's what happened) Started installation
Oops ! Photos are no longer added, I will continue in another topic
yeah, she needs a buzzer. I also rustled my back in the summer)) it became much quieter and the sound changed. Well, I put a shelf with a half-kilowatt pancake in the back in the trunk. Haven't posted pics yet. well done hands where necessary! success! ))
There is no need to drill anything %) there is a special technological hole! everything is easy to lay %) I can’t take a photo because I sold the car a long time ago %)
Please, if possible, throw off the photos of how the power cable for the power supply of the amps was laid through the engine compartment (through which hole) I'm interested even if they drilled, I'm afraid for the wiring ... [email protected] Thanks in advance.
