Aerography. No. 5 Something is already visible. — Toyota Celica, 1.8 liter, 1995
For a very long time I did not write how things are going. I'm sorry.
The problem was that the paint was purchased and the equipment was checked and the light was installed. But now everything is ready.
Today I went twice.
My first visit:
I was not particularly surprised. It has become more matte, namely, it was degreased before painting. After that, they began to draw on it with a pencil, that is, not to draw so straight, but to slightly give the size of the hieroglyph. By the way, this hieroglyph will be covered with fire, it will be in the background, as it were.
And more. Once weit advised me to remove the handles and seals so that the varnish does not come off later. Well, I splashed my mind. But as?! Having said that he talked with one airbrush and he said that ideally they should be removed. But my airbrush was not embarrassed, he said - "Don't worry, I closed everything perfectly, cleaned it up and you can even see that everything is perfect. But I don't deny that if you take it all off, then yes, the work will become safer."
My second visit:
You can already see something. Yes, exactly, he makes the background which then goes into the color of the body. I was invited to stay and see how the work is going. But I am also a creative person, and I do not want to stand above my soul.
Tomorrow will be better!
I still can’t put everything in my head what and how will be as a result of this whole thing)
Well, we are looking forward to it!
So I wondered, how would he draw the starboard side similar to the left one ...
Stencil ?! ooh you mean?! This work is described below?!
And a pencil, for interest, I looked at how he chirps this thing.
It's not that he draws them directly, he made in some places, as it were, a border, that is, a size. Light sketch.
But how he makes the starboard look like the left is a mystery to me. Will have to ask...
I also really want you to get awesome! but I'm just surprised at your artist, between us ... in general, everything is done with a stencil, no one draws with a pencil on the car ... maybe you yourself will climb onto a specialized site, and you will communicate in the forum and you will be on two steps ahead of your artist! it's your car...
Damn, I didn't even think it was done like that.
But the fact, the fact is that the starboard side will be different from the left.
Don't they paint like uh paintings anymore?!
Or is a stencil used to get two identical sides ?!
Nah, it can even be called not advice, but knowledge!
you can do it in such a way that everything will be simple and accurate. The same stencil can be drawn with a plotter, for cutting a color film, you chicken a pencil to it, you scan the drawing, you make it in the right size, if there are no familiar advertisers, it seems to me it will not be so expensive, but it will turn out for sure ... maybe we just have a different attitude to understanding the problem, so that if I'm pretty tired with advice, next time I'll write that everything is awesome! ).).)
today I will see how he solved the problem with a pencil. Since here even in the pictures you can see a pencil ...
well, how will he then remove this pencil, in general, after preparing the car for painting, you should try to touch the car less with such fat-containing things, but graphite doesn’t stick to the car ... I advise you to really study the question yourself well ... what he has some kind of incomprehensible approach ... in general, a stencil in airbrushing is very important, just it allows you to plan a drawing on a machine ... without problems
ahhh, then it's clear! That is, they are already pushing away from the office!
Damn, I entrusted the car to the wrong hands, but since the matter is already underway, I will bring it to the end.
the contours of the drawing and the main arrangement of the elements are applied with a stencil, and then these contours begin to give the appearance of a drawing.
Well, he probably walked well with a sponge if the pencil sat down, because he would not sit on the varnish.
the drawing from the car can be removed with the same sponge, it’s not scary, the main thing is that the varnish remains on the car, although you wrote that the varnish was removed, but it seems to me that it still remained, just walked over with scotch bright, painting until it was covered varnish is a reversible process, it can also be erased and drawn again, the eraser is only different!)
