In general, I decided to tell you about my plans for the motor:
a brief digression: I went to this for almost a year, the total amount for the construction of this motor exceeded 150k (calm down, rubles)) the first parts began to be purchased exactly a year ago!
short digression 2: many people think I'm crazy, because I "tumbled" into this car for at least 2 of its cost, and on the budget almost reached the lotus, but it's necessary!
short digression 3: this is not a recipe, in general I somewhat regret that I started this epic, a vivid example is this guy Slideman , knocks everyone on a stock motor (almost), take an example from him!
so, to the topic!
I will say right away that this is the only and first so far in Europe and Raschka a similar project for the construction of a 4A motor, there were many variations, up to 500 forces on a turbo, but just like that - no, I do not pretend to laurels, just ...
1. the causal thing is Vortech v-5 supercharger, at the word "chager" everyone unequivocally pops up an association with a root chager, which both were put in stock and not, but this supercharger has specific differences from the roots - this is a centrifugal supercharger! the cold part is similar to the turbine, the role of the hot part is performed by a box with a pair of gears and a pulley for a belt drive, providing a gear ratio of 3.5 (1 turn of the pulley - 3.5 turns of the impeller), specifically my chager looks like this

I have one just like this, this is a chager vortex from a whale for the 2az-fe engine developed by TRD,
the smallest of the vortecs (Americans generally don’t bother with engines less than 5.5 liters)

this is exactly what I snatched on eBay for $ 750 with delivery (+ this was my first experience of buying on eBay), I already began to assemble a second motor for it
2. piston: fortunately there are OEM spare parts, namely pistons and connecting rods from 4A-GZE, I bought both from the first generation, the fattest ones)
pistons + rings - 6000 r
connecting rods (a little bu) - 4000 r
but then turned up new SPOOL H-shaped cranks with ARP bolts, purchased - 12500 r
3. Cylinder head: purchased a standard cylinder head from a black-top (4000 r), reinforced TODA springs (5500 r) and a Greddy timing belt (5000 r) were inherited from atmotuning + acquired new exhaust valves (Dokuro - 1500 r), as a rule , even on a stock engine with an average ride, the exhausts die (on this head, all the exhausts today were like after sandblasting with a large grain, I gave it to the engine for editing the saddles).
The other day I lost my head, and was horrified, I hadn’t seen so much dirt yet) + the machine was obviously resting on this head, all the channels were covered and oblique, 2 pm with a drill in my hands and the cylinder head became an excellent ported Feng Shui fighting head) (0 r ))
+ work on the cylinder head, milling, editing exhaust seats, 3000 r
4. BC - standard 4a block from later versions, bored out to 81.5, mating grinding - 3500 r
KV - standard knee, necks polished, roots polished in 0.25 - work 3500 r
5. other on the motor:
- ARP cylinder head studs - 5500 r
- ARP main bolts - 2500 r
- ACL liners 3500 r (+ I had to urgently buy roots 0.25 - 3000 r)
- ARP flywheel bolts - 2500 r
- oil pump - 2000 r
- pump - 2000 r
- set of gaskets - 4000 r
- tensioner and timing roller - 2500 r
- power steering pump stock from 2az (7 streams) - 2000 r
6. installation of the chager - a 7-ribbed belt is used on the chager, because in the standard we have 5 + 5 rivulets we had to make a knee pulley 5 + 7 rivulets
we have to make chager fastenings, the first fittings showed that 3 simple ears would be required, the total cost of work is about 7000 r
7. transmission: kind people donated e58 + drive to it, only replaced one external grenade (1500r)
bought a clutch kit with a light (4.5 kg) flywheel and a new reinforced organic disk - 7000r
8. moss - HALTECH platinum sport 1000, excellent solution, 50,000 r + 24/7 support and warranty in Russia (All4turbo.ru)
SHLZ Innovate LM-2 (10,000 r)
9. support for the engine and other:
- CXRacing oil cooler 25 rows (everything was except for the kulnik itself) - 3600 r
- CXRacing intercooler - 6000 r
- piping ketai - 4000 r
- radiator from CXRacing Civic - 4500 r
- thin fan - 2000 r
- injectors and a fuel regulator from 3s-gte (540cc) - 4500 r
- fuel. Walbro pump with installation kit - 3600 r
In total, according to dirty estimates, about 200,000 rubles, and this is taking into account that the box went for thanks (on average 20-25 rubles), the block and knee were my own, I do all the work myself, a lot of little things were not taken into account, like thermal tapes, sealants and other crap
at the output, according to Corky Bell, with all the reduction factors, there should be honest 260 forces (minimum), how much torque - show the stand, but not less than 300

PS: the rest of the engine tuning:
- HKS 4-1 exhaust manifold
- Trust PE-I
exhaust - air filter - nuts, we will cook an aluminum intake manifold with 55-60mm pipes
- DEFI sensors (EGT, oil pressure and temp, antifreeze temp) , RSMka (I think we need to get rid of it))
