Well, finally, and I vkoryachil brakes from Celsus in the 21st body.
for this I needed:
complete brakes (8000 rubles) - with new pads, discs without visible output.
old ball for the manufacture of spacers for the hub
bolts for attaching the ball to the hub (1.5 cm longer than stock)
a set of keys, a round file, well, small things vd-40, rags, etc.
beginning at 20.00, end at 03.00
I did it leisurely and twice dangled into the city, first for a file, then for beer and gingerbread.
The longest was to win back 3 mm in the non-shooting ear of the hub. Everything else is a banal unscrewing of a few bolts to install spacers and the caliper itself.
The pads can now be changed without removing the caliper, which is convenient, not only for replacement, but also for detailed study.
So, put, pumped, sat down and went. The pedal is nice. It brakes smoothly, without jerks (which means pumping is normal).
I checked in this way, first from 20 to the floor, then from 30, 40, etc. up to 100. I didn’t dare further, and I was already tired in a day. Today, in the rain, I drove to work, it seemed to be even better. the pads seem to be rubbing.
The calipers, even when braking from 100 to 0, remain cold, but the disks, the disks heat up just as they did before.
As a budget collective farm to improve the brake system — I advise everyone. Suprovskie are more expensive and it will be unrealistic to sell them 100% in the city and on the highway. Well, if you are engaged in drag or drift ring, then you don’t read such BZ, majors :)
