Chose time for assembly — logbook Toyota Chaser, 1997
For the first time in a long time, spent a couple of days in the garage. In principle, everything is ready under the hood except for the intake, exhaust and oil supply to the turbine, the old exit from the block is closed by the 1st runner, or I don’t remember the second one, there they are intertwined like a bunch of snakes. I am powered by the filter, since I have it next to me, in front of the right wheel.
You also need to redo the chip, there are 3 contacts on the braid, on the DZ the 4th, it seems like the matter is solved by a simple repinning, I have a 4-pin chip.
I was a little surprised that the gas cable did not fit in the DZ 2jz bracket, well, figs with it, I took it from 1jz, filed it and put it, though the cable took the place of the a / t-ash, i.e. without gum, I hope this is not critical.
The air filter seems to be up and running like it should be. There is simply no other place, because. maf.
This week I’ll fill in liquids, drive without spark plugs, check the gas line, if nothing flows anywhere, I’ll go to Vadik to connect the outlet with the exhaust. And there I’ll already collect the face, it just needs to be painted.
