I left my fists, didn’t want to mess with resoldering the ABS sensors (I couldn’t get mine without damaging them) and all the bolts stuck, I couldn’t do without a grinder either. So, next: We start the war with the handbrake pads. By the way, the drum handbrake cables will have to be worked out with a grinder and ingenuity, or you can look for them from the Carina E GTi or Corona Caldina families. but with HTA. So I have finalized so far, but the handbrake is quite sluggish. I am looking for new cables, mine are soured and all in bandages. So, we put the handbrake pads, put the disc drum in place and fasten the bracket. Yes, maintenance is now more difficult, but the pads are much less likely to be changed on the handbrake. we put on the caliper and fasten the hose. I put hoses from Toyota Curren, they stood up very worthy. insert the pads, pump and dress the wheel. Next, I did the same with the second wheel and set about adjusting the handbrake cable. started tightening it from the passenger compartment, and set about wiring the pads themselves. they are manually adjusted.
So sensations, the most important thing. in my opinion and the opinion of Brother, who helped me, the car began to stop somehow more assembled, the braking distance became definitely shorter, the car stopped “pecking†like it was “pecking†with the CBT. ABS does not work yet, I messed up the front sensor, I will grind another one from the Volgovsky camshaft. And even without ABS, the rear wheels do not try to engage before the front ones, the car does not pull away and does not try to turn around. In general, I was satisfied with the alteration at all 95% It remains only to bring the handbrake to mind and restore the ABS.
So on ZHTI it is possible to buy from the usual Karina E and cut it off with a grinder will it be normal?

Did you put on the old pads? Change it to new ones, otherwise I put the ZDT like this in the spring, and when I changed the pads in August, it turned out that they were different on the right and left. Did you lubricate the anti-squeal plates?
The hoses on the ZDT fit the same as those on the front.
I also finished the cables with a grinder and the handbrake turned out to be sluggish, I think it is necessary to change the handbrake pads and shorten the cables themselves by a couple of centimeters.
