1st MOT — logbook Toyota RAV4 2002
The other day I went through my first MOT with Toyota (Before that, the car belonged to my parents, so this MOT is only the first for me, and not for the car — for those who don’t understand :))
In addition to consumables, only the belt had to be changed. (By logic, it should be too early to change it, but apparently from my "ride" it cracked ahead of time)).
I skated for a while and I had problems with the left xenon headlight (it burns, it doesn’t burn, it blinks on bumps). I drove the car into a Toyota, the headlight was on properly as luck would have it) People looked at the car, No one understood what the reason was, left them and after a couple of hours I had problems again.
I thought I thought what to do with it, I decided to call on another service. Arrived - the headlight is not on. They began to look to look, and did not understand what was the matter - it caught fire again.
The light bulb seems to be normal, everything is normal, but the headlight does not light up again. We dug, we dug, as a result, the master figured out what was the matter) I had to disassemble a little the panel hiding the battery in Rav4, it turned out to be the fuse, or rather, its contact)
At the same time, when I visited them, I was sure that I would have to change all the xenon in both headlights and it would cost me a lot, in the end I got off with 3 hundred and left them very satisfied) The headlight is working properly again)
