And this happens - logbook Toyota Corolla II 1987
A few days ago something like this happened and it was my fault...
Now the Corolla II has a crumpled bumper and a broken headlight ((
I am glad that the bumper did not crack, but concave!
In general, the rear bumper has suffered a lot in its long life. Once a VAZ of the 6th model caught up at a traffic light, as a result, there is no bumper, headlights, grille on the VAZ ... there are no cracks or dents on Toyota, only the apron under the bumper twisted a little (probably from pain)!
Returning to the trouble:
1) the bumper, I think, can really be restored to its original form;
2) with a headlight, everything is much worse ... there is no such exclusive at local showdowns, in car dealerships they won’t even guess about the existence of such a car;
At the moment I haven't come up with anything clear. But, I have already heard a dozen tips: from "solder the lantern from the Basin" to "weld everything on the bumper with metal and insert light bulbs"!
Of course, the best option is to find the original, otherwise it will be folk art =))
Sorry, sorry.
Can you find optics, for example, front,
carburetor, air conditioning?
And where?
At the expense of optics, it’s problematic, but everything else is enough for disassembly!
Go to drom.ru in the branch on our cars, there someone was selling the rear optics, and the front in bulk in the showdown, I took dimensions of 250r on the tercel in the 30th body.
Normul, I had almost the same bread truck hit on the right side to replace the taillight and tailgate)
