Car radio - Toyota Cresta, 2.0 liter, 2001
Finally, I replaced the radio with a normal one, there was some kind of Toyota canoe with a built-in 6-disc changer. It didn’t matter at all. only the radio caught. The moronic Toyota system that reads only its original discs, how many it tried to record, does not take. I had to travel with a transceiver ... well, in short, I used the cheapest one - Mystery. Reads flash drives - And I don’t need more.
Price:Mafon 3300r. and adapter 450r.

Hey, I was on the same path. Mystery, the cheapest and what would read the flash drive. She died safely last week. But nevertheless, congratulations on the upgrade.
Well, if you know how to work, then variable, constant pluses and backlighting with the ground you will find)))
maniboo
the radio tape recorder is difficult to replace on a Toyota, only an adapter is needed? I am not at all in trouble with electrics, so colored wires are my worst nightmare)
So far I have settled on one of the Prolodgy models.
What are you people? There is nothing terrible there, an ordinary screwdriver tester and go ahead, + constant, variable, ground, and backlight and there will be 8 wires to the speakers.
The easiest way is to buy an adapter and ISO to Toyota or vice versa. in the store everyone knows there ... and insert a mafon into the connector, nothing complicated - 4 bolts)

In general, when selling, I demonstrate the possibilities of sound in general, and then I take the radio tape recorder ... or I usually sell with a worthless mayfun ... (to close the hole)
Well, I agree with you.
It’s just that for me it makes no sense to buy a heaped up sensory radio tape recorder for 12-15 thousand, then sell it with a machine, because no one will return the money you spent for it, so you can get by with budget options.
I’ll get rich and put sensory and figurative ones)
about mystery... I have two opinions about this company...
Mystery really has rubbish, but there are also worthy budget options ... For example, from a number of terrible-sounding speakers 16cm up to 1000r, I accidentally stumbled upon very solid-sounding Mystery, which cost 899r and surpassed the nearby Pioner and Magnat for 2500-3000 ... After what I heard from these speakers, I immediately asked to twist the last remaining ones from the stand ...
You can also find very good models of subwoofer speakers, one of which impressed with its sound in combination with an amplifier (DO NOT BELIEVE!) LADA! .. It was really such a correct budget audio system that produced the right bass ...
Mystery itself has been serving for 4 years already ... Offal, I would say rather weak in terms of electronics (the flash drive stopped working and once the SD broke, which I still repaired) ... But despite the flash glitches, the quality and setting of the output signal are VERY good ...
a rear view camera (only the camera is not connected due to the lack of parking sensors) and a navigator. (You can see the photo in my bortovik)
