In Venezuela enjoying the cheapest fuel in the world – about two cents per liter! Then the road along the Caribbean sea and brought them to Colombia. Ideas about this country were not the best, but in the end, the impressions were very positive: people are friendly and helpful, and the landscapes are beautiful and varied.
In Panama, they expect a nasty and expensive to repair engine... But VW did everything for free, because I just wanted to be part of their dreams :) so they met in Central America.
After Panama they crossed Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Honduras, El Salvador, Guatemala and went to Mexico.
In Mexico, they were amazed at the countless clubs Volkswagen, and each of them wanted at least something to help the travelers.
The next country on their journey was the United States. The vast open spaces and great roads perfect for car journeys, especially if they commit on the old Volkswagen.
Some time later, Frank and iris got to new York, which was their ultimate destination. But they realized that to go back to no desire, and decided to go home Frank — in France! Found a way of crossing to Russia via Japan, and also met with the American VW fans who donated serviced and painted their car. And had two whole months to wait until the bring details. But it was enough time to remember all the adventure and write a book about it.

And now, two years after the beginning of the path, Frank and iris for their wonderful bus drove into the French city of Brest, where they were met by the local VW club. Wedding trip ended safely!
