Straightening zhimkov — Toyota Carib, 1.6 liter, 1996

The day before yesterday, finally, they were going to straighten out the hustle. It is located on the front fender, just below the stiffener.
This was the reason for what happened:


We stocked up with a mounting hair dryer and freon (it's easier to get freon, and buy a spray to check microcircuits).
On a hair dryer, they set 100 ° C and then directly into the squeeze with freon. For a moment it looked like it was getting better. Five minutes later, the picture was disappointing. The dent remains the same as it was. But! Below zhimka cracks in the varnish! Since they experimented together, they got upset and switched to the abuse of drinks.
Twenty minutes later they repeated - nothing has changed. Freon is out.
Washed the car yesterday. Zhimok remained as it was, but there are no cracks in the varnish on the same scale as it was during the "experiment"! Geez, how it's all taken so long.
PS: I drive on with a squeeze on the left wing ... Experiment ala high school, physics lesson "when the body is heated, expand" the desire is gone.

Well, what's in the video is really simple. :) Soft metal on all sides. In my case, there is a rib on top, with which the wing is screwed to the spar. I think the metal went, but because of the rib everything went back and came back. Moreover, all this passed quickly, which is why the varnish cracked.
In general, I got off lightly. Almost no change is visible.
