Parktronic "steel mate" — Toyota Avensis, 1.8 liter, 2010

steel mate Toyota Avensis 18 2010

Hello everyone, I bought myself a "steel mate" parktronic for 4 sensors, I specifically wanted it without any displays, only a speaker and that's it. I took it only on the back, the front can be seen, it will not hurt to reverse.
painted in car color "1G3"

Thank you, hello) I agree that it’s more convenient with a screen, but I didn’t want to sculpt anything on the torpedo or on the rear-view mirror) so I decided with a squeaker) I already installed it tomorrow) everything works like a tissot clock)) it’s much easier to park and turn around helps out for everything one hundred%))

hello =) An excellent choice of a company, there should be no problems =) I also had it, only for 8 sensors and with a screen, it seems to me more convenient with it =)

how much do these sensors cost? I was thinking about taking the parkmaster ... they cost 4000t.r. for 4 sensors without a display. I think it's too expensive!

Well, you can buy a salon monitor. For me, the best option is a mirror with a monitor. Or buy a GU, but it's expensive.

cameras are not a problem, where to display images? I don't have a monitor

No, parking sensors with a camera can not be compared in any case. It is one thing to visually control everything, and quite another to focus on the beeping of sensors (which can be buggy). Moreover, now the cameras have already fallen in price, for example: tuning-toyota.com.ua/tuni…-verso-auris-avensis.html

I think it’s better to put a camera with a display in the mirror) when I took a test drive on avensis, there was such a camera in the test car) it’s a very cool thing and they asked for a lot of money for such pleasure) so I decided to put parking sensors)

I was also afraid that I would fail or work poorly) but thank God everything works fine) so feel free to paint and don’t worry)

I wonder how it works now after painting the parking sensors? because I think for myself either to take tweeters, or a rear-view mirror with a display and a camera ... I use such a thing on a Kia soul, I’m very used to it in a month =) I change to my own in a couple of days and it will be very unusual ... I think I’ll also buy a parko system =)

Yes, that's for sure) I'm satisfied with the parking sensors) for the money) ) )

When buying your car, they also offered a screen in the mirror with a camera at the back. They wanted 70,000 rubles, VILLAINS!

how about the front partronki? do the rears turn on from reverse and the front turns out to be constantly on?

I also bought a stylemate for myself, though, as in the first comment - with a screen and for 8 sensors, it has not yet come to installation

works perfectly, sometimes, very rarely, when reverse gear is engaged, it does not give a signal that it has worked, but the sensors still squeak, so if you take it, then it’s safe! I even painted them without closing the sensors and everything works, I don’t care about dirt and other little things

No, not even a button.

Such a question, but can you turn off the sensors with a button?
