Automatic transmission pan washing — Toyota Will VS, 1.8 liter, 2001
I decided to look into the pallet of the box ... remove wear products from there ... there were actually a few of them. I just had to clean the magnets.
why this process did not ask ...))))
at the request of the workers).
for those who want to remove the dirt from the automatic transmission. to begin with, we buy a box gasket (600 costs) ...
and drain the box oil, it drains about 2.3 liters. (for example, the volume of oil in the box is about 6.4 liters)
and so we start)
we do it simply. unscrew 10-14 (I didn’t count exactly) bolts in a circle … they are unscrewed easily and not forcibly. since these bolts cannot be tightened too much. otherwise, the pallet will deform and it will start to snot :-)
then remove the pan, trying not to wash with oil. there is about half a liter of it in the remnants ...)
and what we see. dark oil and two crap magnets. gasoline will save us) my all this muck … we put the gasket, and tighten the bolts with a hand screwdriver. WITHOUT EFFORT. otherwise you understand.
fill in new oil about 3.1 liters will be. then we will ride a bit (km 50.). Drain again and fill again. well, I’m thinking about changing the oil in a box of 20 thousand, you can forget. Although I change every 10 … I get oil for free). good or bad I don’t know)
Damn, I remember you recently asked me about the Fork, you asked me, but now I’m looking and I’m not overjoyed - what a wonderful villovod turned out!)
Why didn't you change the filter?
I'll make up my mind for the next month to do a 100% replacement of the dixtron.
Change all rubber bands and filter.
Report from me
And so beautiful.
I respect those who change and repair everything in the car (repairs without fanaticism)
