I went to this for a very long time, almost from the very purchase of the car I wanted to change the clutch, because I didn’t want to accelerate from the start. After consulting with a mechanic, the choice fell on the clutch and clutch basket from Levin bz-r. As he said, the most important thing is that the slots match. After he handed me an old disk, I went to the store where they were waiting for me in advance to pick it up! I was lucky, the disk and basket were successfully matched and exactly what I wanted! It took about 2 days to make in the workshop.
Then the long-awaited call “well, put all the clutch, screwed the box in general, I assembled everything, and another question, but it started up for you …” Of course, this phrase drove me into a stupor. As a result, I come, I try to start, but it does not start. I started asking what I was filming. He pokes me at the rhyme and says nothing more from the electronics. And he firmly claims that he did not mix up the wires. After not long manipulations, I start the engine. The reason was simple there are flat contacts in the counting rhyme, and he stuck them in any way, I turned everything over as it should and stuck it back. Then I leave the workshop and hear me following, “You went to the collapse, otherwise you took everything off ...” In general, it’s good that the clutch was set up normally. The replacement cost me 2500r, and the disk itself and the baskets were about 7000. Unfortunately, there are no photos of new spare parts (I forgot to take them), but look at the old ones.
