Shumka front doors — Toyota Corolla, 1.6 liter, 2006

Well, smoothly and I went to the top of the soundproofing.
The first step in this process was to choose the front doors. The reason for this decision is that the most basic link from which I will start when creating sound in a car is the front acoustics, the midbass of which will be mounted on the podium and work on the volume of the door. I'm not ready for the troubles with boxes yet.

According to the materials:
1. Vibroplast Gold - we paste over the metal with it in order to remove vibrations and seal all unnecessary holes that prevent the creation of a closed volume from the door;
2. We glue a barrier material over the vibroplast (almost an analogue of splenitis, it only holds better and is not so creaky), its purpose is noise-heat-insulation;
3. And the last glue is the bitoplast material (it resembles a sponge impregnated with bitumen), it is needed for a tighter fit of the skin;
4. We wrap the wires with Madeleine or rag tape so that they do not creak ...

In general, everything turned out quite well, there is only one minus - the doors have become noticeably heavier, approximately 5 kg each ...
