First day — Toyota Mark II, 2.5 liter, 1994
Well, the first day behind the wheel went just fine, if it weren’t for the weather, rain, although this has its advantages, driving sideways is a thrill, although which of me is a drifttun — a driftun only =) worked as a taxi for his friends, drove everyone. someone even managed to drive =) Further, according to the plan, there was a type of drift at the Pushkinsky shopping center, mdaaaaaa, there I realized that I really don’t know how to steer, the suspension of the car is clearly not for drifting, the machine too, without blocks, too, nowhere, but in general - I was just pounding, it’s scary when such a fool flies, you’re afraid that it won’t stop - but the disc brakes all around make themselves felt - and the car settles down at the moment =) It leaves the intersections briskly, even unlike the same carina, the number of passengers in the cabin does not of special importance, she just knocks with them, and even more so without them =) And how relaxing is a slow trip to the quiet music of Europe + at one in the morning - this is something, you don’t care about anything, you just roll yourself calmly and that’s it, it’s a real thrill =) In general, I’m happy with the car as a whole, a little washed, everyone is happy for me. that I made my dream come true. after all, at first I caught fire on her summer, I was looking for everything =)
In general, nothing really got from the former owner in the car, the sound signal pulled off the pipe, no jack, no spray can, no first-aid kit, no fire extinguisher - there’s nothing, even the cigarette lighter stole it in the end, apparently =) But xenon, casting is not bad, and blocking the box. pin on the lock - did not figure out how it works =)
Of the shortcomings, I will note purely for myself this color, and the fact that the doors themselves are blocked at a speed of 25 km / h and then they do not unlock themselves, maybe someone knows how to remove this?
for the first time I hear dissatisfaction with the automatic closing of doors ... in principle, it is not a problem to turn it off, any electrician who installs alarms will tell you what needs to be cut off
I have a Mark II Qualis with the same theme with a central lock…
I did it simply. Set the alarm to close and open the doors.
Now alarm and machine complement each other.
The alarm closes when you press the brake and shift into gear, the car does not open the lock on the move for more than 20 km (even with the button on the driver's door), and all this opens by itself when you turn off the engine or with the button when you stop ...
