What is the best way to illuminate the road? — Toyota Mark II Qualis, 2.2 liter, 2001

I will repeat a little from the topic about my former car Toyota Sprinter Trueno, with amendments for Toyota Mark II Qualis.
The theme of light (lighting the roadway), I think, is relevant and topical for everyone ...
What needs to be done so that the roadway can be clearly seen at night?
When I bought the Toyota Sprinter Trueno, its headlights were frightened by life (darkened plastic, slightly clouded reflector). The first thing that was done was the replacement of standard lamps (what to choose, standard, halogen, xenon?). The standard was already standing - not an option, xenon with embossed glass - not an option, halogen - the remaining and only right solution. The disadvantage of halogen lamps is that the more powerful (brighter) the lamp, the shorter its service life, so it is better to take a high-quality one (Koito, OSRAM, Philips). I took Philips (about 1000 rubles for a pair of H4). Lighting is a little better, but not much.
It so happened that I got into a mild accident, from which the headlights just flew out, and of course they needed to be replaced. I wanted to take restyled ones after 1997 - crystal, but they were not available and I had to take the same ones (with embossed glass).
What was my surprise when I turned on the headlights at night: a bright, even light illuminated the road.
With crystal headlights on the Toyota Mark II Qualis, it's a slightly different story.
The glass on these headlights is not embossed. At first, I repeated the story of the Sprinter Trueno, and bought good Koito 55W halogens - 1000 rubles, it got better, but not significantly, then I bought 80W (with blue) 1000 rubles, even a little better, but not a damn thing is visible on wet asphalt ... Then I was bought xenon kit Sho-me 5000K 3500 rubles, and the situation has changed radically, it has become much better.
But still, you always want more. I know that the reflectors are tired, especially since 80W were stuck there. The headlight glasses are also tired of the lamps and the sun (the plastic becomes cloudy), and all this absorbs part of the light from the lamp.

The plans, in order not to change the headlights, put lens modules with a 4300K lamp and polish the headlight glass.

I would like to summarize this scribble:
The quality of road lighting directly depends on the totality of all lighting elements.
In order for everything to be good, we need: clean transparent glass headlights (which fade over time) are sometimes treated with polishing, a clean, well-polished reflector (mirror) is already more difficult here, a high-quality lamp with a combustion (glow) temperature close to sunlight 4300K (white-yellow ).
Not any blue, lilac, etc.
Maybe they paid attention to street lighting ... Which is better, white or orange lamps?

So far, everything suits me with Sho-me xenon GL 5000 K lamps, but I think the lenses will be better!

This is where I don't like the light. Xenon native with corrector. I ordered hella 3 lenses and philips 5000K lamps, I will collective farm when it arrives. I think it will be good if it turns out the same way as fOX-spb www.drive2.ru/b/288230376152275840/#post
