Optitron - Toyota Carina ED, 2.0 liter, 1995

What it took… Two 50 cm tapes for 390 rupi, a little imagination on how to place it all there, a soldering iron (which I learned to use only recently, when tuning the climate), a lot of time and the same amount of nerves. The process is pretty boring. It is very difficult to place all the tapes so that everything is illuminated evenly and there are no highlights anywhere. I personally followed the method. All the tapes were located on the same level, for this, under some of the tapes, it was necessary to make wooden platforms and put them on liquid plastic. Further, paints were erased from the numbers themselves with a solvent (of course, from the reverse side :)) All the wires were neatly wired and the speed was assembled. The first feeling was a shock … because during the assembly process, somehow on the scale where the coolant temperature is shown, a crack appeared o_O so in general everything was fine. It turned out bright, but what can I do ... I won’t be able to mount the regulator, and it’s hardly possible for deodes. Then, according to the standard program, we warm up the engine to max ... set the arrow, go to the gas station ... to max. refueling ... setting the arrow ... Looking at the pictures, you will ask why I shot the arrows if I didn’t highlight them in the end ... yes, I’m a fool)))) I took it off and then I just started looking for red single LEDs ...
