My Black Top :) — Toyota Corolla Levin, 1.6 liter, 1998
Some pics of the new engine.
As soon as it arrived, the oil pan was removed. Found deposits on the walls. I'm not an expert, it's hard to say how bad it is.
It would be great if it is really automatic. But I have doubts about this.
1. The flywheel bolts are loose as indicated on the flywheel. It looks like it was changed. Otherwise, why would someone loosen them during disassembly?
2. A scythe came with the motor. I am inclined to believe that it is from this motor, because it looks like some connectors are dirty in oil - there are no such coincidences. And the scythe is from the mechanics - there are no additional wires and connectors for the automatic transmission on it. Comp came the same from the mechanics.
In any case, there is no turning back. After the first break-in, the state of the engine will become more or less clear.
Motor with automatic transmission. It's great.
Usually the blacks on the handle are almost all killed =)
