The second summer trip to the Finnish ring gave no less, and maybe much more emotions than the first one. The whole thing, of course, is in the track, but I will not get ahead of myself and will tell you briefly, but about everything and in order.

The track opened early, at 9 am Finnish time, and we arrived half an hour before the opening. Here everything was a little different than in Alastaro. The track itself is located within the city, but in the forested area it is an excellent solution, because the trees reduce the noise coming from the track quite well. Nevertheless, there is a limit on the exhaust volume of 110 dB on the highway, which is certainly measured at the technical inspection. The paddock here, unlike Alastaro, is located inside the track. After passing through the tunnel under the highway, we find ourselves inside. Getting out of the car, I look around - this is something, although only part of the track around is visible, but it already looks more like a roller coaster :) I catch myself thinking that soon I will go there and do it fast enough))) - spirit captures.
Here passed technical inspection, there is time to meet our gradually arriving and exchange a few words with the Finns. Finally met and talked with my Finnish "brother in arms" =)

The car is certainly good and mostly of course because of the engine (500 forces is certainly great%), for me it's still only a dream). He says that on this track it's too much for him and today he has about four hundred, envying agree :) But there are also positions in which mine is better, for example brakes :P

Soon the first exit to the track … We sit down with a friend in the car and leave. There is one thought in my head to drive calmly - I have new untested tires and there are almost no safety zones. So leaving the paddock, the first left turn immediately goes somewhere high up, reaching the top, the ascent immediately turns into a sharp descent and almost immediately into the right turn - the first time it's very scary, dozens of thoughts about the brakes, flying off wheels rush through my head etc. =) Here, no video will convey either the steepness of this descent, or the steepness of the ascent in front of it. I immediately brake and go through the turn much slower than necessary. New acceleration, the track continues to descend, braking, a steep left, then a small straight line turning into a large left arc and then twisting even more, turning into a left turn, again a small straight line and again a steep left. Here begins a series of alternating turns with a fairly steep climb up, then after the last right exit to a long accelerating arc, speed at the end of 140 and a very fast right, which ideally should go to the floor, but of course I slow down the first time, and indeed this day did not dare to pass it to the floor, but slightly lifted his foot from the gas pedal. Then another small straight start-finish, I manage to accelerate to 160 and strong braking with a rise up to about 90 and then a right arc with variable radii and an ascent turning into a descent. Having overcome all this, I go to the second round. After the first session, emotions go wild - a terribly interesting, dangerous, technical track. then after the last right exit to a long accelerating arc, the speed at the end is 140 and a very fast right one, which ideally should go to the floor, but the first time, of course, I slow down, and in general that day I never ventured to go through it to the floor, a little slightly but lifted his foot off the gas pedal. I'll tell you about timetaka very briefly. After the first sessions, I generally vaguely imagined how you can blame it at full speed on this track - after all, you still have to return home on something. But still, the reeling does its job, you start to go faster and faster, in some places more dangerous, but still controlling the car. This time, everyone was launched into the timetack session at once and allowed any number of laps in the allotted time. Someone had problems with traffic, but I was more worried that it was hot enough and the car began to lose power from the second fast lap - the intake temperature rose and the brain began to roll back the ignition. But this was not a very big problem, since I did not particularly claim anything. In total, about 25 cars participated, and according to the results, I had an honorable 12th time (1.37.077). Of course, this time I was on a different tire (Yokohama Advan Neova AD08) and on the old one (Toyo R888), the time would have been at least a second better, but it still would not have allowed me to compete with the top four hundred horsepower cars. By the way, the best time was for us, Mark on his hellish evo zhahnul 1.31.896, but unfortunately at one of the sessions he flew off the track into the fences, crushing the entire side of his evo and damaging the front suspension. I left full of admiration for the past day - this was undoubtedly the place where you must definitely return!

I also like such more technical tracks much more. After all, here the main "accelerating" place is not a straight line, but a long arc with an interesting quick turn in the middle. I'm actually going back in September :)

There were also scattered tires and signs of braking going into the bump stop - horror, sorry for the car :(
