Xenon. — Toyota Corolla, 1.6 liter, 2007
After long days of deliberation, I decided to equip my beauty with xenon. I drove into the store, there was no set for HB-4 lamps, I decided to pick up, I took 2 ignitions and 2 lamps with laces.
He took off the bumper, twisted the headlights, sat and thought.
Along the way, I replaced the size lamp, The photo turned out to be blue (?!) The eye sees it as a little white-white =).
Like all people who install xenon on their own, the question arose of placing the ignition unit. Since my car comes standard with xenon (only for pendos), places were found on its headlights to accommodate the ignition unit. Why didn't I want to glue on 3m tape? Did not want!)
It's what's under the headlight.
Apparently here and put regular ignition.
I decided to fix it with chopped drywall fasteners. I didn’t have any self-tapping screws of the required diameter at hand, and it was night outside, so I decided to add a small wooden spacer.
With her, the screws that I had at my disposal were more than enough.
It remains to drill a couple of holes in the mounts and fix the ignition.
Here's what the finished design looks like:
We wind the remaining bundle of wires and hide it in a dry place under the headlight. We put the headlight in place.
As you can see, there are no traces of penetration at all.
We do the same with the other headlight.
We are happy with the completion of the work. =)
And of course enjoy the results =)
Thank you all, see you soon =)
