The insert is mostly glued to the skin, and in 2 places it is soldered into it with two pins. therefore, it will have to be torn off, pulled over and after that, or glued back, fastened with short self-tapping screws on the back side. the main thing is not to scratch the skin itself when you tear off this insert.
