A wheel struck :( - Toyota RAV4, 2.0 L, 2008

We have our first small emergency. The wheel has struck. How and where is not clear. An unpleasant heaviness in the steering wheel appeared, immediately a suspicion of something was wrong, stopped, went out to survey, and immediately the tire and the disc connected ... The front wheel was unimaginably low, in this angle I have not seen it yet ...
There were few solutions to the problem, a call to a friend and help from others (at least it happened in the city), a call was made to a friend, the procedure took 30 minutes.
The next day I went to the tire shop, the wheel was repaired, but they said it was better to keep it like a spare tire. Tire fitters are zakomye, and the price of the issue.
